Her book, Six-Word Lessons on Selling Your Home in Seattle, is a must-read for anyone wanting to sell in this unique market. The book includes several links to photos of staging and home ideas. Six-Word Lessons for Intentional Parenting is Mary Waldmann's third book in the series. She draws on her experience raising three children to be responsible adults, and her passion for following tried and true parenting methods to help children learn and grow to be happy and well-adjusted. The advice in this book is for parenting children ages birth to 10, and has great tips on teaching kids to keep their sense of wonder while respecting themselves and others. Adding to our new Real Estate category is Six-Word Lessons for Smart Home-Buying in Seattle by real estate broker, Laura Brodniak. Anyone buying a home in the current market in the Seattle area needs all the advice they can get, and Laura has the experience and knowledge to help arm you with the knowledge to compete with other home buyers in this challenging market. Writing Summit in January - Get Your Book Done Now! Local publisher, book-writing coach and friend, Karen Lynn Maher, is hosting an ExpertAuthor Writing Summit and Patty Pacelli will be discussing how self-publishing can work for you and some different ways to self-publish. This is a working conference where you will identify your unique point of view, plan your entire book/writing project, commit to a plan that works for you, create an accountability team, and more.
